Eligibility:
1. Completion date: all films must be shot and post-produced by the festival deadline.
2. Language Requirements: English subtitles must be provided for non-english films. English subtitles are also recommended for english-language films to help the jury understand.
Time Requirements:
1. Short Film: not more than 30 minutes.
2. Long Film: At least 60 minutes, no limit.
Four. Premiere Requirements: entries do not have to be premieres, but if they have been shown in public or at other film festivals before the deadline for submission, they must be stated at the time of submission.
Subject and content:
1. Subject Matter: all types of films, including drama, documentary, animation, experimental films, etc. .
2. Content specification: the content of the film must conform to the social moral standards, shall not contain illegal, excessive violence, racial discrimination, gender discrimination and other uncomfortable content. The festival reserves the right to reject films that do not meet these standards.
Copyright and copyright:
1. Copyright Notice: all copyright and related rights of the participating films must be legal. The film-maker shall ensure that no third party copyright is infringed.
2. License: if the film used third-party music, images or other material, need to provide the relevant license documents or proof to ensure that all the use of content are legally licensed.
Submission Requirements:
1. Submission: the film must be submitted through the official website of the film festival designated online submission platform for upload. Complete the application form, including basic information of the film, introduction of the director and production team, etc. .
2. Technical Requirements: the film should be submitted in high-definition format (such as MP4, MOV, etc.) , specific technical requirements please refer to the official website of the film festival.
3. Additional materials: the script of the film (if applicable) , the director's personal statement, promotional posters and trailers (if any) should be attached to the submission. These materials will help the jury to understand the film more fully.
Judges and awards:
1. Judging Process: all entries will be judged by a jury nominated by the festival president. Members of the jury include film industry professionals, directors, scriptwriters, film critics and so on.
2. Criteria: the jury will evaluate the film based on its creativity, narrative skills, technical quality and performance.
3. Awards: The Film Festival has many awards, such as Best Film, Best Director, best screenwriter, best actor, etc. . The winners will be announced at the festival's closing ceremony.
